Complia Services is designated by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) as an authorized Inspection Body to conduct inspections and issue SABER Certificates of Inspection (CoIs) for Used Motor Vehicles being imported into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Importers of Used Motor Vehicles in Saudi Arabia can now apply for CoIs in the SABER platform and choose Complia Services as your Inspection Body. Complia Services will then process your request and arrange for conformity assessment.

The conformity assessment process of a Used Motor Vehicle in the respective exporting country is done through a quality inspection of the Used Motor Vehicle prior to shipment. This ensures that the Used Motor Vehicle complies with the requirements of the applicable SASO Technical Regulations and Standards assuring Saudi citizens and residents of the quality and reliability of the Used Motor Vehicle they are purchasing. Upon successful Inspection, Complia Services will issue a CoI through the SABER platform, confirming the Vehicle’s conformity, which is required for smooth clearance at Saudi Customs.
